Communications Officer
Job Description The candidate needs to be well-organised, intelligent and creative individual. The responsibilities of this position include: § Writing and distributing press releases to targeted media; § Media Relations, Dealing with enquiries from the public, the press, and related organisations § Writing, editing and/or producing promotional materials presentations, newsletters, leaflets, ‘in-house' Flyers, publicity brochures, information for web site and promotional videos. § Respond to email and phone requests to provide information and resolve any concerns or issues. § Draft, arrange the interviews with journalists, magazines and newspapers; speeches for company executives. § Assist with various special projects as requested to ensure the departments operates effectively and meets business requirements. § Provide assistance as required in preparing internal documents § Assist in organizing events Local, Regional and international and so on... § Assist in developing PR plans and prepare cost estimates. § Execute communication campaigns § Establish an online presence - Creating and maintaining visible presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and other social media platforms. | ||||||||||||||||||||
