The Leadership Enhancement and Mentoring Program - LEMP is a 12 month program designed to enhance the skills of promising women leaders in the private and public sector, to enable them to lead organizations and achieve their goals. LEMP has 8 Skills Enhancement Components that run over a 4 month period and cover: Leadership Skills & Projection of Leadership, Strategy, Performance Management and Organization Dynamics, Corporate and Good Governance, Communication and Conflict Resolution, Public Speaking and the Media, Women and Career Management, Risk and Crisis Management, Gender Challenges & Cross Gender Communication component, followed by A Mentoring component.
