ESKADENIA Software, the leading Jordanian-based provider of software products & technologies, successfully held an internal Software Product Management Workshop, designed specifically to discuss and evolve its Product Management Process.

The workshop held at the Holiday Inn Hotel Amman – Jordan on the 18th of April was led by Mr. Lotfi Al-Sarori, Marketing Director at ESKADENIA Software and was mainly based on the International Software Product Management Associations Framework. Lotfi covered a wide range of subjects with the participants including an ISPMA overview, strategic management, market analysis, product strategy, product planning, and examples from real life product management study cases.

Several topics were covered in the full-day event from product strategy and planning to implementation and orchestration. It included presentations from several ESKADENIA`s Business Unit managers and discussions among Product Managers, Business Analysts and Business Development & Sales teams covering a number of expertise and success stories.
