The Euro-Jordanian action for the development of enterprise (EJADA) awards ESKADENIA Software Solutions a certificate of appreciation in recognition of its outstanding contribution, support and successful implementation of the Graduate Enterprise Program (GEP).

ESKADENIA has signed the agreement with EJADA back in January 2004 with the objective of the development of the Jordanian Human Recourses through provisioning on-job training for universities’ graduates through the GEP program. The program in general enables the graduates to find jobs at Jordanian enterprises where trainees/employees are entitled to the same rights of the enterprise’s employees. The total service period in this agreement is one year through which five weeks of training are provided.

ESKADENIA has received and trained 21 graduates of which official employment took place after the conclusion of extensive training programs; each trainee was assigned a mentor and a complete competence development plan

The official ceremony took place on 16^th January 2006 and the award was presented by HE Dr Khaled Toukan, Minister of Higher Education

About EJADA

EJADA is the first Industrial Modernisation Program (IMP) implemented in the South Mediterranean region. It was established between the European Commission and the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. EJADA began its work on January 2001 and will continue until July 2005. It is dedicated to facilitate the integration of the Euro-Mediterranean free trade area through its work to modernise and upgrade Jordanian industry, while improving the competitiveness of small and medium size enterprises (SMEs) and their environment.
