ESKADENIA Software Successfully Conducted the Annual Strategy Meeting 2014
ESKADENIA Software, the leading software provider Company conducted its 2014 Annual Strategy Meeting with its Management and core team to recap its strategic plan, goals and objectives the meeting took place in Kempinski Hotel - Amman at the 9th of March 2014.
ESKADENIA Software’s Top Management & Department Managers, started the Annual Strategy Meeting 2014 by restating ESKADENIA’s achievements and successes for 2013, such as; achieving a reputable status between customers, IT companies and the regional market, on-going improvement in the Technical Support System in all departments and obtaining strategic deals and partnerships with solid companies in the GCC countries.
The following introductory session by the management was dedicated to ESKADENIA’s goals and objectives of 2014, which evolved around boosting sales reach and pro-activeness in the company in order to meet ESKADENIA’s Mission “To become a leading regional supplier and global provider of world class software products, services and solutions that exceed customer expectations”, in addition to tactics specifically designed for each department in order to achieve 2014 goals through the quarters of the year.
The Annual Strategic Meeting continued with a back-to-back sessions led by ESKADENIA Software’s Department Managers; each discussed the department objectives, requirements, plans and the methods to achieve the desired goals.
