System functionalities

Product lifecycle management Supports the lifecycle of partner relationships, from creation to development and management, between communication service providers and their partners.

  • Order management
Enables communications service providers to manage orders placed with their business partners. These orders may be part of current customer orders or orders placed by the service provider to add to their products and services.

  • Dynamic and advanced reporting
Provides advanced reporting that can be created dynamically based on business needs, which may include information about customer orders, trouble tickets, sales results, product usage, billing data, inquiries about products, customer feedback, and leads and opportunity details.

  • Business web portals
The system’s web portals provide an integrated channel of communications and interaction between communication service providers and their business partners, which also include a variety of tools to enable both parties to conduct business effectively.

  • Assurance management
Assures that both the communications service provider and the business partner are meeting their product and service obligations as specified by the contract and service level agreement (SLA).

  • Reconciliation management
Takes care of all activities related to reconciliation of invoices received from wholesale partners. This includes business partner data collection, settlement calculation, and initiation of accounts receivable or accounts payable transactions.
