Job Description

The candidate needs to be well-organized, intelligent and creative individual. 
The responsibilities of this position include:

§   Perform maintenance in a systemized pattern and at equal intervals 

§   Handling all purchase orders concerning office and kitchen supplies

§   Coordination with customers and employees in terms of telephone calls and messages. 

§   Administration of the driver with a daily schedule, information and addresses of places he goes to daily for the company. 

§   Handling the employees' personal calls on a monthly basis.

§   Handling travel arrangements and visa issues with embassies for employees who travel outside Amman – Jordan.

§   Following up on maintenance for machines, telephones, furniture, air conditioning, etc.

§   Controlling Inventory.

§   Providing all employees with Insurance Forms.

§   Helping in collecting and checking timesheets on a monthly basis.

§   Keeping the filing of records for time sheets, and leave requests.

§ Attending meetings with a variety of hotels to get information and offers for our social activities.

§ Making sure all company forms are available in their trays at all times.

§ General Office administration, discipline, cleanliness and order.

§ Following up with company keys with employees.

§ Helping in updating our contacts database through the online admin site.

§ Making sure company brochures are always available, up to date and ready for customers.

§ Helping in preparing for different exhibitions such as Gitex and CeBIT.

§ Attending social committee meetings and completing all Power Point Presentations and all administration issues for the social activity.

§ Executing any and all other activities necessary to carry out Company & Department objectives. 

Assist in developing ESKADENIA Social Media Strategy with the management focus each month to increase visibility & Traffic. (Certain events, certain product launch…)
