ESKA® Project Manager provides a flexible, PMI-based framework for managing projects in different industries and enables organizations to elevate and optimize project management practices and activities.

Using ESKA Project Manager, you can define, plan, execute, monitor, and control projects by dividing them into phases. Authorized team members can update project data on the tasks assigned to them. The Project Manager uses this updated data to monitor project progress versus plans and take preventive and corrective actions as needed.

ESKA Project Manager provides handy utilities, such as the document template manager, project and resource calendars, project WBS and schedule builder, and customer/supplier financial management. In addition, ESKA Project Manager generates various tailored reports and dashboards to communicate to different project stakeholders.
