SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
This License Agreement applies to all Software sold by ESKADENIA and/or made available for commercial use in any form. (Hereinafter "Software")
REPRESENTATION OF AUTHORIZED STATUS
ESKADENIA software is made available only to authorized licensees of ESKADENIA. By manifesting assent to this License Agreement, licensee represents to ESKADENIA that he is such an authorized licensee and agrees to use the Software only for the purposes agreed on by contract.
LICENSE GRANT
Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this License, ESKADENIA grants a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use any Software sold, made available by its own and/ or in combination with any modifications and/or of any underlying programs to which the software pertain for use. Licensee may not re-distribute the Software in whole or in Part, either alone or included with another product
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Software is the property of ESKADENIA Software. The Software and all accompanying documentation are copyrighted. Licensee may not modify, recompile, disassemble, extract, or otherwise reverse engineer any Software covered by this License Agreement. Licensee and shall not make any copy of the Software or its accompanying documentation, except for copying incident to the ordinary and intended use of the Software or any underlying program and except for the making of a single archival copy. Any information on this server with regard to company and/or product and/or any publication related thereto is provide “as is” without any implied warranties to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Software made available here constitutes the proprietary information of ESKADENIA Software. Licensee agrees to take reasonable steps to prevent the disclosure, unauthorized use, or unauthorized distribution of the Software subject to this License by his employees.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Software provided here is provided "as is" including any implied warranties to the extent permitted by applicable law and/or regulated by agreement between the parties.
GENERAL
This Agreement shall be construed, interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of Jordan. This License Agreement and any license agreement concerning any Underlying Programs constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the Software license and supersedes any prior understandings, agreements or commitments, oral or written, concerning licenses.
