ESKADENIA Software proudly announces receiving UN Women Gender Equity Seal (GES) accreditation; in recognition of the efforts that it has made to adapt gender equity principles in their operations and business strategies held recently in Landmark Amman.

ESKADENIA‘s GES achievements and commitment were recognized at the competition’s closing ceremony held under the patronage of HRH Princess Basma Bint Talal, and featuring representatives from other private Jordanian companies in the fields of tourism and ICT.

Implemented by UN Women Jordan, the GES accreditation aims at institutionalising gender equity policies and facilitating equal opportunities for men and women in access to jobs, professional development, training and participation in decision making processes.

The Gender Equity Seal Initiative has been adopted in Jordan in 2012 after being modeled by UN Women Egypt (2007) and Mexico (2003) supported by the World Bank.
