ESKADENIA Software Celebrates the International Women's Day & Mother’s Day

A breakfast was held at Zodiac Café on Saturday to celebrate ESKADENIA female employees in two dear occasions: the international Women’s Day & Mother’s Day, attended by ESKADENIA employees (Mothers & Women).

Doha Abdelkhaleq, ESKADENIA Software Executive Director welcomed everyone, and introduced a number of inspirational speakers, including a number of ESKADENIA’s female leaders, who shared their journey and success stories, the speeches started with Shaden Mar'i, Senior Business Analyst, sharing her mentorship participation highlights in TechWomen -an initiative of U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs- as she narrated the amount of empowerment that she gainedin her journey to be a Women Leader and an inspirational icon to women and girls of her community, Shaden spent a whole month in Twitter Inc. under the supervisor of Dick Costolo; CEO of Twitter Inc.

The speeches continued with Maha Amro; Senior Communications Officer, who set out in a climbing mission to mountain Kilimanjaro in Africa, to create awareness and defeat cancer, the voyage succeeded to raise more than 1 Million JODs of funds, which were contributed to King Hussein Cancer Centre expansion.

Success Stories of ESKADENIA Ladies never stopped to pour out during the celebration, the inspirational exchange, empowered each and every lady to give her full potential and embrace the natural leader in her. Doha Abdelkhaleq, ESKADENIA Software Executive Director, encouraged the ladies to raise their voices and share with pride their success stories, after shelavished the attendees with her personal and professional encounters, that she overcame and walk tall after each and every challenge during her 14 years in co-managing ESKADENIA Software, the celebration ended with Doha Abdelkhaleq giving honorary presents to all ESKADENIA Mothers; as appreciation and acknowledgement of mothers’ duties and responsibilities, and in honouring women’s achievements and contributions to the professional scene and to the society.
