ESKADENIA Software launched a Chamber of Music
Under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Sumaya bint El Hassan, ESKADENIA Software, a leading Jordanian-based provider of software products, hosted on Wednesday, January 15, 2014, a gala reception and a theater performance, marking the Launch of “ESKADENIA Music Chamber” in co-operation with the initiative partner, Al Hussein Cultural Center.
This Initiative is a sincere utilization of efforts, resources and engagement between ESKADENIA and the local community “Al-Hussein Cultural Center”, which graciously offered its premises to host the Chamber. The goal of the Music Chamber is to reach out to the community’s national musical talents around the area of Ras El Ein; in order to bridge real talents with the needs of the national and International Conservatories.
The Music Chamber is considered the first collaboration of its kind in Jordan, between the private sector and the municipality of Amman.
The formal launch was attended by the Mayor of Amman His Excellency Aqel Biltaji who deputized for HRH Princess Sumaya bint El Hassan as patron. The launch event was also attended by more than 400 guests including dignitaries from foreign Embassies, public figures, diplomats, business leaders, and media representatives.
The aim of launching the music salon is to combine the teaching of music with the official learning curricula at the public schools in Jordan, and to introduce a novel concept and prototype, in the form of constructing a world class music chamber, for harvesting local talents whereby a music program will be provided free of charge to talents from the underprivileged school communities in cooperation with the “Madrasati Program”.
Doha Abdelkhaleq has been the enthusiast behind the ESKADENIA Music Chamber. Her leadership role as a Managing Partner & Co-founder of ESKADENIA Software and with the support of her long life time partner, the Managing Director of ESKADENIA Software Nael Salah; added:“ We will sustain the Music Chamber, in order to fulfill its vision of bringing positive social change through the power and joy of music “ .
Abdel Hadi Raji Al Majali Managing Director at Al Hussein Cultural Centre added “We have been involved with ESKADENIA as a host for the initiative since the beginning, and committed to serve and provide governmental facilities to support this effort. This cooperation is the first of its kind between a cultural public institution and the dynamic private sector of Jordan.”
During the Opening ceremony, the guests were treated to a rich and informative program documenting the various stages of the “Chamber of Music Project”. Leading artists, vocalists and talents, had a spectacular and entertaining performance including Jordan Orchestra; Lead by Maestro Sakher Hattar “Beit Al Rowad” along with a number of singers including, Attallah Hundaileh, Salwa El Aas, Nathalie Sama’an, and a captivating dance performance by School of Talida, Violin performance by Moayed Musa, along with Critic reading by Dr Mazen Asfour and media presentation by the master of the ceremony Ms. Eman Okour.

We will offer young & talented students the opportunity to explore their creative potential, get a head-start with music and become role models, with focus on the public schools. About Al-Hussein Cultural Center
Al-Hussein Cultural Center Comprises cultural facilities complementing the Municipality role in lending a helping hand to the cultural and economical movement, as well as providing the pertinent infrastructure: theater, halls, library; in addition to the necessary liaison with the local community. The center also conducts activities such as musicals, celebrations, film festivals and plays in collaboration with concerned agencies. It also supports the cultural and theatrical movement by resourcing and launching artistic, intellectual and creative talents.
