The conference is conducted by Lead International, aiming to encourage, strengthen and inspire today’s leading business women to become better leaders. The conference was held under the patronage of her Royal Highness Princess Basma Bint Talal and received attendants from different industrial and service sectors in Jordan.

Guest speakers included leading business women from the Chick-Fil-A corporation, which is one of the most successful quick-service brands in the United States of America. The speakers introduced the five practices of the SERVE module that Chick-Fil-A has been adopting throughout the years and which they consider one of the major reasons for their success. The name of the module stands for Seeing and Shaping the Future; Engaging and Developing Others; Reinventing Continuously; Valuing Results and Relationships; and Embodying the Values. 

Around 100 women participants from different industries in Jordan attended the conference, where they were involved in debates around topics related to women in leadership.

ESKADENIA Software had a strong presence at the conference as a major sponsor; women delegates from ESKADENIA actively engaged in brain storming sessions, workshops and one-to-one meetings with the attendants and speakers, providing insight about women’s engagement in the ICT sector in Jordan, as well as ESKADENIA’s best practices on both the internal HR level and external marketing level.
