The project aims at leveraging the administration performance of The International Academy- Amman up to its well-established best practices.

ESKADENIA^® Business Manager System includes Accounting (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets and Cash Management), Human Resources Management, Payroll, Time Attendance, Recruitment, Item Management, Inventory, Sales Management, and Purchasing modules.

The system provides furthermore for a comprehensive reporting capability with accurate up-to-date details concerning the school’s functionalities. Reports can be retrieved according to user privileges and authorisation. The system also provides for easy-to-use web-based tools to perform the daily school routines including a most effective Web-based Human Resources Management System (HRMS) that caters for competence, training and management planning.

The system is built on the latest Microsoft.NET technology and reads from multiple data and platforms with an object oriented approach that puts the concentration on the exact business needs. An Extreme Programming Approach is also applied to shorten lead times, lower costs and meet end users expectations.
