Required Skills & Characteristics:	§ College degree in Computer Science or equivalent. § Working knowledge of Oracle Database Management System. § Proven Experience with SQL, PL/SQL. § Relational DB background / concepts required. § Must be able to interact smoothly with other team members. § Must share knowledge and experience with other members. § Unconditional ability to travel as business need. § Poses high ethical standards. § Troubleshoot the errors and exceptions to find the root cause of the problems. Need to escalate the problems as appropriate in a timely manner.‎ § Fast learner, able to diagnose technical challenges through reading code and supporting technical documentation.
Added Advantage:	§ OOCP certification. § Knowledge of Oracle Forms and Reports.
