Roshan Telecom successfully deploys a wide scope of Integrated ESKADENIA’s Telecom Systems
ESKADENIA Software, a provider of best-in-class business systems that accelerate digital transformation, has successfully deployed a wide range of its innovative telecom software systems at Roshan, Afghanistan’s leading total communications provider.
ESKADENIA Software provided Roshan with a variety of integrated software products to enable Roshan’s transition from its traditional approach into a fully automated and digitalized workflow. ESKADENIA systems implemented at Roshan include ESKA® Digital CRM, ESKA® Mediation, ESKA® 360 Insight, and ESKA® Service Activator; for customer care, mediation, customer insight management, and provisioning.
The going live phase of the project was successfully done during the coronavirus pandemic lockdown with staff from the customer and ESKADENIA sides working remotely from home. Despite the challenges and extra efforts, the project teams persevered. Thanks to their dedication and hard work, they were able to overcome all obstacles and deliver the project on time. The hard work put by ESKADENIA was received positively by the Roshan staff and was reciprocated by the Roshan side with immense enthusiasm towards the project.
This project was delivered in partnership with MATRIXX Software, which provided Roshan with its Online Charging System, MATRIXX Digital Commerce. The partnership between ESKADENIA and MATRIXX demonstrates their mutual belief in the necessity of digital transformation in the telecom industry to stimulate business growth and drive new revenue streams
