The Saudi Itihad Atheeb GO Telecom Partners with ESKADENIA Software to Drive Intelligent Digital Innovation Across Its Telecom Network and Subsidiaries
ESKADENIA Software is delighted to announce its strategic collaboration with GO Telecom (Etihad Atheeb Telecom Company – EATC), marking the successful launch of a comprehensive digital transformation initiative powered by ESKADENIA Software’s Telecom Suite.
Through this partnership, GO Telecom will receive a fully integrated portfolio of telecom systems, including Dynamic CRM, Product Catalogue, Order Management, Provisioning, Mediation, Interconnect, Wholesale, and Billing. These solutions create a unified, end-to-end operational ecosystem supporting the complete telecom lifecycle, from product creation to billing and revenue management. The project has also involved a wide-scale implementation of ESKADENIA’s Enterprise Management System, seamlessly integrating the “ERP” capabilities, such as Financial Management and Supply Chain Management to elevate control and scalability.
In addition, GO Telecom’s digital experience layer was streamlined through the delivery of a Self-Care Mobile Application, customer portals, corporate website, and the ESKA® Intranet, all powered by the ESKA® Dynamic Content Management System (DCMS). This modern Digital Experience Platform enables advanced online services, secure digital payments, seamless customer interactions, and improved internal collaboration.
