The second annual conference and general meeting of ESKADENIA Software Solutions was held at the Movenpick Dead Sea resort on Thursday, 3rd of October, 2002.

This year’s conference comes after a year full of activities, dedication, enormous effort, and long hours of hard work that were behind past year’s remarkable achievements. With the theme “Together, we make the difference”, the ESKADENIA team spent a day discussing company vision, objectives and business development directions for the coming year.

The Managing Director started the day by presenting the company’s vision, objectives, what needs to be achieved in 2003 and the mindset needed for success. The presentation was a great source of encouragement to all employees. The Human Resources director gave an overview of Human Resources objectives, achievements and highlighted future services and support to be available. The Business Units representatives highlighted their missions and objectives for next year using latest multi media presentation techniques.

The ESKADENIA team conducted an internal environment analysis and mapped vital factors necessary for the company’s success; gap identification was then performed together with the proposed action plans.


IBA's Overseas Managing Director, Mr. J. Stephen Collins, a certified Leadership Systems coach, gave a presentation with the title “Character First”. The presentation introduced the “Characters” of successful individuals and leaders. Mr. Collins addressed the modern HR practices as well as examples of companies who have created a character based organisational culture. By the end of the day, the team celebrated the event by each cutting a peace of ESKADENIA’s cake and enjoyed together the ancient spirit of the Dead Sea.
