Virgin Mobile Middle East and Africa partners with ESKADENIA Software for CRM & Billing

ESKADENIA Software is proud to announce the successful conclusion of the implementation of its CRM & Billing System with Virgin Mobile South Africa and Virgin Mobile Saudi Arabia. The implementations are the result of the strategic partnership between ESKADENIA and Virgin Mobile Middle East and Africa to deploy the ESKADENIA CRM & Billing system to support its business processes including Customer Care, Billing & Invoicing, Collection & Dunning, Product Management, Sales Management and Mobile Number Portability.

The system is fully integrated with Virgin Mobile’s Intelligent Network platforms and for Virgin Mobile South Africa, the project involved as well data migration and data cleansing from the legacy CRM & Billing system.

The ESKA® Convergent Billing & Customer Relationship Management system enables real-time convergent billing in multi-service telecommunication networks. The system has flexible and powerful convergent customer care features that give network operators a competitive advantage to be market leaders in the telecommunications industry.
