- Out of the total of 462 CR points, ICIEC has approved 445, BUT requested additional changes on 17 points of the approved CRs,
- Additional Changes were requested by ICIEC as a result of the completed data migration reconciliation sessions.
- Hundreds of points (changes) were developed by ESKADENIA and delivered to ICIEC at no extra cost.
- All Change Requests were delivered as per the Signed Scope Documents and even beyond a stretched scope.
- The current pressing issue is that another list of additional requirements is needed by ICIEC and is regarded as a prerequisite before going live.

ICIEC has failed to commit to the project with an absence of " ineffective IT leadership and administration, the internal misinformation between the IT and the business leaders lead to this misfortunate stop of a successful product. None that ESKADENIA is responsible for. " Quote by ESKADENIA
- The uncontrolled, continued requests for out-of-the-scope requirements have highly impacted the project planned schedule, key milestones and going live.
- None of the additional requirements requested by ICIEC are proven (with evidence) to be within the scope.
Failure to Commit to The Signed and Agreed Scope
Example is of the Appendix A to the master services agreement and to the signed scope of the BRD, and the CRs (CR 01_2020, CR 01_2021, CR 01_2022 & CR 01_2024) with continued requests of additional requirements that are out-of-the-scope throughout the past 5 years.
ICIEC Failed to comply with Appendix A to the Master Agreement
– Section 7 Scope Change Requests
“Management of scope needs to be strictly enforced. All project team members should ensure that they are familiar with the scope and ensure that the design and deliverables remain within the boundaries of this scope.”
On Changes of Personnel
- ESKADENIA has informed the ICIEC IT team ( Mohamad El-Sayed & Reyaz Wani) with changes in ESKADENIA’s consultants by email throughout the project duration.
ICIEC Failed to comply with Appendix A to the Master Agreement
